Orders are delivered in 4 business days, from order to delivery, in mainland France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg.

What is your return policy?⌄
You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind. Returns are free and refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the package.
Are payment methods secure?⌄
Yes, your data is transmitted over a secure connection. VAYNERO STORE currently offers payment by SEPA bank transfer.
Are products covered by a warranty?⌄
All products sold are new and covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law and the guarantee against hidden defects, in addition to any manufacturer's warranty, whose length depends on the brand.
